Forthcoming 'Hot' Works

Nothing is published in I/S without a favorable review by our demanding external board, and we are proud of everything that appears in our pages. Some articles we accept, however, have special potential to contribute to law or policy debates that are likely to heat up faster than we can move manuscripts into print. For these articles, we now ask authors' consent to place their manuscripts online as works in progress, so -- even as they are undergoing further refinement -- both scholars and concerned decision makers can have more immediate access to their thoughts. I/S authors retain their copyrights, so inquiries about the recirculation of any of these works in progress should be directed to the author.
